Lyndon Stoll grew up on a grain farm west of Delisle, SK, growing certified seed. His parents operate Stoll’s Seed Barn Ltd., a seed-cleaning business.
He gained his technical training at the University of Saskatchewan where he completed his Dip.Ag. and BSA program with Agronomy majors. Between the diploma and degree programs Lyndon gained practical experience on a one year scholarship program to Australia and New Zealand. He worked on various farms including a 3,000+ head sheep mixed-farming operation and a 20,000 acre grain/cattle operation where he operated an Australian-made 100 foot air drill among other unique equipment.
The rest of Lyndons’ experience came from three summers at a Bayer’s Canola Breeding facility as a Canola Breeding Associate and with Monsanto as a Technology Development Associate, dealing with round-up hybrid technologies.
Lyndon is looking forward to working with the Agri-Trend Network through Wigmore Crop Production to assist his clients with their business.
