Agri-Trend Agrology Welcomes Rob Garland as new Agri-Coach

Rob grew up on a dairy farm in Cargill, ON (near Walkerton) until 1989 when he moved to Tisdale, SK. While attending University of Saskatchewan he worked summers under Soil Scientist Dr. Hugh Beckie at Ag Canada in Melfort, and received his Diploma in Agriculture in 1995.
Rob then spent two years at Plant Genetic Systems working on Liberty Link Canola hybrid systems, doing plot contra work, as well as greenhouse and lab duties. Rob has also done contra season work in Chile and Argentina. In 1997, Rob went to work for Custom Ag Services (Richardson) and stayed on through the mergers until 2007. He then joined wife Andrea on the family farm near Tuxford, SK, where he resides today.
