Agri-Trend Teams up with FarmHouse Alumni to offer Scholarship
Written by Administrator Thursday, 29 October 2009Agri-Trend Inc and Agri-Trend Agrology Ltd have matched the funding put together by Agri-Coaches Matt Gosling, Chris Solick, Richard Limoges, Tanner Pollack and Rob Saik to create a $1,000 Scholarship for a deserving FarmHouse Member.
“All of us believe in the values and ideals of FarmHouse Fraternity.” explains Matt Gosling who inspired the idea. “Many of us have moved on to build businesses within The Agri-Trend Network and we thought this would be a great way to give something back to FarmHouse and raise the profile of Agri-Trend with the Fraternity at the same time.”
The announcement was made by Matt Gosling at The FarmHouse 35th Anniversary Celebration at the University of Alberta Campus on October 17th.
Elston Solberg, President of Agri-Trend Agrology adds, “We are always on the lookout for quality people who are passionate about agriculture. The kind of individuals that are attracted to FarmHouse are the kind of people we at Agri-Trend are interested in. The scholarship will support one of these individuals in their pursuit of their post-secondary education and we are proud to be a part of it.”
The Scholarship will be presented to the FarmHouse recipient in early 2010.
