Agri-Trend Agrology Welcomes Therese Tompkins, Bsc.Ag as new Agri-Coach

Therese grew up and worked on a large dry-land grain farm near Wrentham Alberta. After completing a degree in Plant Science at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College, she worked with Alberta Agriculture on many environmentally based extension programs. The most recent program was the Alberta environmental farm plan. Therese’s career history has always involved working with farmers but not always in the field. By joining the Agri-Trend team she can get back to the field and focus on sharing agronomic expertise.

Therese is excited to be working with Dow Fertilizers and the Agri-Trend team. She will be working with farmers in the Onoway/Peers/Mayerthorpe, Alberta area.
